1. A request for an adjournment is made on behalf of Mr. Pavan Sachdeva, Plaintiff in person, contending that he is unwell.
2. This Court takes note of the fact that Mr. Sachdeva, despite his alleged ill health, has been appearing in other connected matters, in person, before the learned Division Bench of this Court.
3. A further request for adjournment is made on the ground that the learned Division Bench of this Court has recently disposed of a batch of appeals arising from a Judgment passed by the learned Single Judge, pertaining to arbitral awards of a similar nature.
4. This Court is of the view that the matters do not warrant any further delay in adjudication, particularly in view of the fact that this Court has already had occasion to deal with matters involving similar This is a digitally signed order.
