Section 1 in Arunachal Pradesh University Act, 2012
1. Short title, extent and commencement.
(1)This Act may be called the Arunachal University Act, 2012.(2)Notwithstanding anything contained in any other Act, this Act shall extend to the State of Arunachal Pradesh.(3)This Act shall come into force on such date as the Governor of Arunachal Pradesh may, by notification in the Official Gazette, appoint.
