Section 11(a) in THE TRIBUNALS REFORMS (RATIONALISATION AND CONDITIONS OF SERVICE) ORDINANCE, 2021
(a)in section 2,–(i)clause (a) shall be omitted;(ii)after clause (d), the following clause shall be inserted, namely:––(da)“Court” means the principal Civil Court of original jurisdiction in a district, and includes the High Court in exercise of its ordinary original civil jurisdiction;’;(iii)clause (l) shall be omitted;
