Section 11 in The Goa Tax on Infrastructure Act, 2009
11. Repeal and Saving.
(1)The Goa Tax on Infrastructure Act, 1997 (Goa Act No. 12 of 1997) is hereby repealed.(2)Notwithstanding such repeal, anything done or any action taken under the said Act shall be deemed to have been done or taken under this Act.
