01. 1. Heard learned counsel for the parties.
2. There is declining of acceptance of the land revenue from the land owner. Learned Counsel for Petitioner through Annexure-1 establishes that the Petitioners are the land owner. In the circumstance this Court observes, in the event the Record of Rights involving Khata No.151, Plot No.241 still stands in the name of the Petitioners, there should not be any difficulty in accepting the land revenue including arrear, if any. In the event Petitioners offer land revenue along with arrears, the same will be accepted by providing appropriate receipt along with certified copy.
