Section 6(1) in Kerala Spinners, Alappuzha (Acquisition and Transfer of Undertaking) Act, 2010
(1)The State Textile Corporation may, if it considers necessary to do so, form subsidiary corporations under the Companies Act, 1956 (Central Act 1 of 1956), and register them under that Act.
