Section 62(2) in The Mizoram Autonomous District Council (Constitution and Conduct of Business of the District Councils) Rules, 1974
(2)Votes may be taken by show to hands or voices or division and shall be taken by division if any member so desires. The Chairman shall determine the method of taking votes by division; provided that if any member so desires the name of members voting on either side shall be recorded.
