Section 159(iii) in The Mizoram Autonomous District Council (Constitution and Conduct of Business of the District Councils) Rules, 1974
(iii)issue to him a ballot paper after obtaining his signature/thumb impression on the counterfoil of the ballot paper an elector entitled to vote at that Polling Station in accordance with the provision of Rule 151.
