Section 87 in The Goa Agricultural Produce Marketing (Development and Regulation) Rules, 2010
87. Use of employees for collecting market fees.
- The fees under section 34 of the Act shall be collected by the authorized officers and servants of the Marketing Board. The Marketing Board may outsource the function of collection of market fees and assign the same to any other person with the prior approval of the State Marketing Officer.
