% 21.10.2020 This petition has been heard through video conferencing.
The petitioner in person submits that out of the three Sanction Orders, payment with respect of two have been duly credited to his account. As far as the third Sanction Order is concerned, the respondents are demanding the original bills which were duly submitted with the respondents, however, are stated to have been misplaced by them. He submits that he shall provide duplicate copies of such bills to the respondents.
The respondents on receipt of these duplicate copies shall duly credit the amount of the Sanction Order to the account of the petitioner.
The petitioner further submits that apart from the above, there were certain retainership amounts to be paid to the petitioner.
