Section 6(1) in The Chhattisgarh, Micro and Small Enterprises Facilitation Council Rules, 2006
(1)After ascertaining the facts of the case by examining the parties or other witnesses or on inspection of the documents or after hearing oral arguments, the Council shall record an order showing the grounds for its decisions and communicate the decision to the applicant and respondent concerned.
