Section 8 in Sikkim Nationalised Transport Prevention of Ticketless Travel and Miscellaneous Provisions Act, 1981
8. Exhibition of ticket and carriage receipt.
- Any person who travels in a transport vehicle shall, whenever required by an employee of the Sikkim Transport not below the rank :of a conductor or any other person not below the rank of a Sub-inspector of police specially authorised by the State Government in this behalf, present his ticket or the carriage receipt to such employee or other person for examination.
