There are concurrent findings recorded by the learned Arbitrator and confirmed by the First Appellate Court under Section 34 and thereafter by the High Court in an application under Section 37 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. No case is made out to interfere with the same in exercise of a limited jurisdiction under Article 136 of the Constitution of India.

Hence, the Special Leave Petition stands dismissed. Pending applications shall stand disposed of.
