....................Petitioners Mr. Asraf Mandal ..............for petitioners Mr. Rajesh Jana .................for the State The petitioners herein are seeking bail in connection with Kaliganj Police Station Case No. 464 of 2014 dated 02.08.2014 under Sections 341/326/307/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 3 / 4 E. S. Act.

The learned Advocate of the petitioners submits that the petitioners herein are in custody for last 72 days.

Heard the learned Advocate of the State.

Having Considered the materials available in the case diary and also considering the fact that the petitioners herein are in custody for last 72 days, we are of the opinion that further detention of the accused/petitioners is not necessary.

Therefore, the accused/petitioners, namely, (1) Jakir Sk. And (2) Abdul Jowad Mondal be released on bail upon furnishing a bond of Rs. 5,000/- (Rupees Five Thousand) only each with one local surety of like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Krishnagar, Nadia and subject to further condition that the accused/petitioners herein will meet the Investigation Officer once in a fortnight till the completion of the investigation.

The application for bail, thus, stands allowed.
