Section 51(1) in The Maharashtra Truck Terminal (Regulation of Location) Act, 1995
(1)Any officer, servant or member (including the Chairman and the Chief Executive Officer) of the Authority shall furnish such information in his possession in regard to the affairs or proceedings of the Authority as the authorised officer may required him to do so.
