10. Penalty .
(1)Any College, Institution or Private University seeking status of 'Centre of Excellence' shall be liable to give all true, correct and complete information in the application form, as and when called for by the High Level Committee and at any stage of processing the application.(2)Any breach shall make the college liable for forfeiture of the security deposit or part thereof.
