ORDER
1. From the side of Applicant, learned Counsel Mr. Harshad Garud has appeared and states that the service affidavit could not be filed by him because of the applicant having met with an accident. Further, he says that he was directed to provide information with regard to quantity of water being abstracted from the bore-well for running the factory, the said details could only be provided after the applicant gets well and therefore, he seeks two weeks' time and the same is allowed.
2. From the side of Respondent No. 1/PP, learned Counsel Mrs. Kinkar has appeared and apprised that she has not been served a copy of the application along-with documents, therefore, we direct the learned Counsel for the Applicant to provide a copy of the relevant document as well as the copy of Original Application to the learned Counsel for the Respondent No. 1 by today itself through e-mail and thereafter, within Page 1 of 2 two weeks, learned Counsel for the Respondent No. 1 shall file reply affidavit. The learned Counsel for the Respondent No. 1 is further directed to share her e-mail address with the Applicant's learned Counsel today itself.
3. From the side of Respondent No. 4/MPCB, learned Counsel Ms. Manasi Joshi has appeared and apprised that the inspection was conducted on 10.01.2023 by the Committee but the report could not be prepared because some information is required to be obtained from Nayab Tahsildar and CGWA and thereafter only, the said report could be submitted for which she seeks three weeks' time. We allow the said time.
