Section 25 in Tripura Foodgrains (Distribution) Control Order, 1972

25. Rescission and saving.

- The Tripura Foodgrains (Distribution) Control Order, 1958 is hereby rescinded :Provided that the rescission shall not affect the previous operation of the said Order or any order made thereunder by the State Government or any officer or authority subordinate to it.
