1. By virtue of the present application, the petitioners are seeking the modification of the order dated 20.08.2025.
2. A perusal of the order dated 20.08.2025, passed by this Court reveals that though the contents of the petitioners have been captured and appropriate reliefs have also been granted, however, the directions qua stay of the proceedings in Execution Petition No.1671/2025 titled 'Gulshan Kapoor & Ors. Vs. Sanjeev & Ors.' before the learned Additional Rent Control-01, Central District, Tis Hazari, Delhi have inadvertently not been recorded.
3. Accordingly, the order dated 20.08.2025 is modified to include that the Execution Petition No.1671/2025 titled 'Gulshan Kapoor & Ors. Vs. Sanjeev & Ors.' before the learned Additional Rent Control-01, Central This is a digitally signed order.
