(2)Any dispute arising out of a contract between t he University and any of its officers or employees shall, at the request of the officer or the employee concerned or at the instance of the University, be referred to a Tribunal for arbitration consisting of three members appointed by the Executive Council as may be prescribed by the Regulations.
