(1)If it becomes necessary to delay the felling of a compartment beyond the time at which such felling would, according to regular rotation, be due, the Divisional Forest Officer shall, subject to the orders of the Conservator and the Chief Conservator as regards, deviations from sanctioned working plans, and with the approval of the Collector when necessary under rule 122, make arrangements for meeting the requirements of villagers in the locality.
