Section 20(1)(d) in Saurashtra Prohibition of Leases of Agricultural Lands Act, 1953

(d)to any area or class of land which the Government may, from time to time, having regard to the local conditions, the situation or prevailing circumstances in that area in respect of that class of land, think it necessary, by notification in the Official Gazette, specify.
