Section 5(2) in Sikkim Nationalised Transport Prevention of Ticketless Travel and Miscellaneous Provisions Act, 1981
(2)At places where there is no booking counter referred to in subsection (1), it shall be the duty of the driver or conductor to issue passenger ticket or the carriage receipt as the case may be.
