[2025:RJ-JD:2374] (2 of 2) [WRES-348/2024] The restoration application is allowed. Main case is restored to its original status and is taken on board today itself. Main case.

After hearing the arguments, I find no grounds to interfere as under challenge herein is a transfer order dated 17.03.2017 (Annex.21) and relieving order dated 17.03.2017 (Annex.22), which were passed more than 07 years ago. On a query being posed to the applicant as how does the petition survive for adjudication, no satisfactory response has come-forth. Even otherwise, having perused the case file it appears that by sheer passage of time, the nature of relief sought by him is rendered completely meaningless and infructuous.

Petitioner present in person makes an earnest request that this Court should take notice of the petitioner having red flagged certain officers. They are indulging in corruption and therefore, action be taken against them for illegally transferring him. I find it completely preposterous to adopt such a course by accepting his request in a matter where under challenge is merely his transfer order. Moreover, and there is no supporting material and / or prayer qua the roving allegations levelled against the government officials.

Dismissed accordingly.
