Section 10(3) in The Orissa Ayurvedic Medicine Rules, 1960
(3)The Returning Officer shall fix a date with reference to rhos date of the next sitting of the Assembly and the Secretary to the Assembly shall arrange business in such a manner as to finalise the electoral, and intimate the results to the Returning Officer with the date so fixed.
