1. For the purposes of taking the matter further, we have provisionally decided to accord precedence to the constitution of the Juvenile Justice Boards ["JJB"], bearing in mind the fact that only two members, Ms. Tinny Kapoor and Ms. Laxmi Rani, are continuing in accordance with their appointments as originally made as opposed to pro-tem extensions. Out of the 14 members which are to constitute the seven JJBs, we are informed that apart from the aforenoted 2 members, Mr. Chandra Suman Kumar, Ms. Deepti Dutt Sharma and Ms. Deeba Naseem are continuing on extension awaiting formal This is a digitally signed order.
