(2)The words and expressions used herein and not defined but defined in the Madhya Pradesh Irrigation Act, 1931 (No. 3 of 1931), the Madhya Pradesh Sinchai Prabandhan Me Krishkon Ki Bhagidari Adhiniyam, 1999 (No. 23 of 1999), the Madhya Pradesh Municipal Corporation Act, 1956 (No. 23 of 1956), the Madhya Pradesh Municipalities Act, 1961 (No. 37 of 1961) and the Madhya Pradesh Panchayat Raj Avam Gram Swaraj Adhiniyam, 1993 (No. 1 of 1994), shall have the same meanings as have been assigned to them in respective Acts.
