Section 14 in ELECTRONIC MEDIA ADVERTISING POLICY, 2023
14. POLICY GUIDELINES:
Government will advertise its plans, programs and activities in such a manner as it may deem appropriate. However, in view of the dynamism involved in the subject, in cases where it is found essential to make some deviation from the laid guidelines, the Director shall prepare a case with reasons and take approval of the minister-in-charge.
