Section 24(2) in Gujarat University of Transplantation Sciences Act, 2015
(2)The Academic Council of the University shall consist of the following members, namely: -(i)the Vice Chancellor, who shall be the Chairman;(ii)Deans;(iii)three Professors of the University by rotation, to be nominated by the Vice-Chancellor;(iv)two persons who are eminent academicians in the field of research in transplantation sciences to be nominated by the Vice-Chancellor.
