Section 2(v) in The Paradip Port Trust (Licensing of Stevedores) Regulation, 2009
(v)'Stevedore' means a person or a firm to whom Stevedoring Licence is issued under Regulation 3 and includes a person who is a Stevedore by virtue of Regulation 10 and who undertakes loading/unloading, stowage of cargo in any form on board the vessels in a port.
