Section 8(1) in Telangana State Industrial Project Approval and Self Certification System (Ts-Ipass) Act, 2014
(1)It shall be competent for the Government to prescribe combined application forms which may consist of,-(a)forms under Central enactments without any change; and(b)Existing forms or new forms in lieu of the existing forms under State enactments.
