Section 33(1) in The Gujarat Clinical Establishments (Registration and Regulation) Act, 2021
(1)The State Council shall maintain in digital and in such form and containing such particulars, as may be prescribed, a register to be known as the State Register of clinical establishments in respect of clinical establishments.
