Section 22(1) in The Khadi And Village Industries Commission Rules, 1957
(1)The Commission shall, within three months from the close of the financial year, submit to the Central Government, the accounts of the Commissions certified by the Comptroller and Auditor General of India or any other person appointed by him in this behalf, together with the audit report thereon.]
