9. Power to Remove Difficulties.
- (i) In case of any difficulty in giving effect to any of the provisions of these Regulations, the Commission may by general or special order, take or direct the licensee to take suitable action, not being inconsistent with the provisions of Electricity Act, 2003, which appears to the Commission to be necessary or expedient for the purpose of removing the difficulty.(ii)The licensee may make an application to the Commission and seek suitable orders to remove any difficulties that may arise in implementation of these regulations.
