(3)After scrutiny of the applications received under sub-rule (1), by the Allotment Committee, the eligible applicant shall be issued a letter of intent requiring him to pay twenty-five per cent of the allotment price within one month in the form of a demand draft payable to the Board and drawn on the Scheduled Bank situated in the area of the committee concerned.
