4. Mode of publication.
- Any matter required to be published, or of which public notice is to be given, under the Act, shall be published by exhibiting copies thereof in the estate or estates concerned in Hindi or in English as may be deemed proper and shall also, so far as possible, be announced in such estate or estates by beat of drum.
