Section 12(1) in Chhattisgarh Vishesh Kshetra (Achal Sampatti ka Vyayan) Niyam, 2008
(1)Where the property is proposed to be disposed off by direct negotiation, the premium and other conditions of the transfer shall be in accordance with the general or special approval given by the Government on the resolution of the Authority. Annual ground rent of Two percent of the premium shall be payable and shall be deposited in advance by the lessee on the first date of April every year.
