Section 39(1) in The Goa Agricultural Produce Marketing (Development and Regulation) Rules, 2010
(1)The Presiding Officer shall close a polling station at the time fixed in that behalf under rule 14 and shall thereafter not admit any voter into the polling station:Provided that, all voters present inside the polling station before it is closed shall be allowed to cast their votes.
