In S.B. Civil Misc. Application No.1/2020:-
Learned counsel for the applicant submits that although he
has made prayer for impleading the applicant as party
respondent; but, he will be contended if he is permitted to
intervene in the matter.
Mr. Swadeep Singh Hora, learned counsel for the petitioners
has no objection to this prayer.
In the light of the aforesaid, this application is disposed of in terms that the applicant is permitted to intervene in the matter. In S.B. Civil Misc. Application No.2/2020:-
