Section 6(ii) in Arunachal Pradesh Health Services Rules, 1990
(ii)All the vacant post in different categories of CHS Cadre in Arunachal Pradesh on the date of commencement of these rules may be included in the service (in consultation with the Ministry of Health) at the initial constitution of the service.
