Section 3(7) in The Manipur Cooking Gas (Licensing and Control) Order, 1986
(7)With effect from such date as the State Government may by notification in the Official Gazette appoint, no person shall carry on business in cooking gas as a dealer except under and in accordance with a licence granted under this order.
