Vide this award I shall dispose off the reference sent by the Joint Labour Commissioner (District South), Labour Department, Govt. of the National Capital Territory of Delhi arising between the parties named above to this court vide notification No.F.24 (520)/Lab./SD/2022/7535 dated 31.10.2022 with the following terms of reference:-

"Whether the services of workman Sh. Dhani Ram S/o Sh. Kundan Lal, aged-31 years mobile No.9971462939 have been terminated illegally and/or unjustifiably by the management; and if so, to what relief is he entitled and what directions are necessary in this respect?"

2. The workman submit that he does not wish to pursue the matter and prays for withdraw the present matter.

3. Separate statement of the workman has been recorded wherein he stated that he does not want to pursue the matter and wish to withdraw the present matter.

4. In view of the statement of workman recorded today in the court, the reference is disposed off, as withdrawn.

5. The attested copy of the award be sent to the Office of the Joint Labour Commissioner, Government of NCT of Delhi of Distt./Area concerned for publication, as per rules.

File be consigned to Record Room, after due compliance.
