This Criminal Petition is filed by the
petitioner/accused in C.C.No.259 of 2020 on
the file of the Court of IV Special Magistrate,
Vijayawada (FAC) III Special Magistrate,
Vijayawada, being aggrieved by the order, dated
06.1.2023 passed in Crl.M.P.No.1242 of 2022,
whereby the petition filed by the
petitioner/accused to produce the relevant
documents in the Court, was dismissed.
It is represented by the learned counsel
for the respondent No.1 that the copies of
relevant documents will be submitted in A.O.P.No.50 of 2021 on the file of the learned I Additional District Judge Court, Krishna at Machilipatnam, within a period of one week and the petitioner can obtain the copies of documents submitted by the respondent No.1 in the Court and it takes atleast two (2) weeks time. Since the Calendar Case is posted for cross- examination on 06.4.2023, interest of justice would be met if the proceedings in the trial 2 Court are stayed.
Hence, there shall be interim stay of all further proceedings in C.C.No.259 of 2020 on the file of the IV Special Magistrate, Vijayawada (FAC) III Special Magistrate, Vijayawada, for a period of four (4) weeks.
