Section 7(1) in U.P. Protection of Interest of Depositors in Financial Establishment Act, 2016
(1)For the purposes of this Act the State Government may with the concurrence of the Chief Justice of the Allahabad High Court, by notification, in the Gazette, constitute one or more Designated Court in the cadre of the District and Sessions Judge for such area or areas or for such case or class or group of cases, as may be specified in the notification.
