1. This case has been brought under the heading "To Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.6056 of 2024(3) dt.11-03-2024 2/2 Be Mentioned" at the instance of learned counsel for the petitioners".
2. It has been submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners in support of supplementary affidavit dated 31.01.2024 that in the order dated 17.02.2024 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 6056 of 2024, inadvertently anticipatory bail application of petitioner no. 1, namely, Abdul Basit was mentioned as withdrawn instead of petitioner no. 2, namely Md. Atif.
3. Accordingly, prayer for anticipatory bail application against petitioner no. 2, namely, Md. Atif stands dismissed as withdrawn, having become infructuous.
4. Now, this application survives only for petitioner no. 1, namely, Abdul Basit.
5. This order shall be treated as a part of order dated 17.02.2024 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 6056 of 2024, which be read in terms of aforesaid modification.
