Section 2(1) in The Goa, Daman and Diu Land Revenue (Alluvion and Diluvion) Rules, 1969
(1)It shall be the duty of every Talathi to ascertain and report to the Mamlatdar and record the increases due to alluvion, and losses due to diluvion, in every holding subject to such changes.
