Section 1 in U.P. Public Examinations (Prevention of Unfair Means) Act, 1998
1. Short title and commencement.
(1)This Act may be called the Uttar Pradesh Public Examinations (Prevention of Unfair Means) Act, 1998.(2)It shall be deemed to have come into force on March 18, 1998.
