 1.

The matter is part-heard. It is a very old suit of 1984. It has been before me since at various times even in 2014 when evidence was yet being taken.

2. I commenced final hearing on 17th January 2019. I heard Mr Patel for the Plaintif on that date and again on 31st January 2019, 1st February 2019, 13th February 2019 and 28th February 2019. After Mr Patel concluded his opening arguments, I heard Mr Ganju, learned Senior Advocate for the Defendants, on 29th March 2019 Page 1 of 2 15th April 2019 ::: Uploaded on - 16/04/2019 ::: Downloaded on - 17/04/2019 01:23:45 ::: 1-S2659-84.DOC and today. Mr Ganju yet to complete his arguments in reply. A rejoinder from Mr Patel is pending.

3. Parties request that the matter be treated as part-heard. I can have no possible objection. I will give both sides liberty to apply for the necessary administrative orders, should the need arise.

4. Subject to that permission, list the matter for further arguments from 3.00 pm on 15th July 2019, 16th July 2019 and 17th July 2019.
