1. As per the report received from the Delhi High Court Mediation and Conciliation Centre, the mediation was a non-starter as the defendants did not appear.
2. Issue summons in the suit and notice in the application under Order XXXIX Rules 1 and 2 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908 (CPC).
3. Written statement(s) be filed within thirty days from today. Along with the written statement(s), the defendants shall also file an affidavit of admission/denial of the documents of the plaintiff.
4. Liberty is given to the plaintiff to file replication, if any, within thirty days from the receipt of the written statement(s). Along with the replication filed by the plaintiff, an affidavit of admission/denial of the documents of the defendants be filed by the plaintiff.
