Section 13(d) in The Assam Court-Fees (Amendment) Act, 1950
(d)to a High Court in appeal and revision matters arising out of settlement of fisheries-(i)when bid money is below ten thousand rupees....Ten rupees;(ii)when bid money is above ten thousand rupees but below twenty thousand rupees...Fifteen rupees;(iii)when bid money is above twenty thousand rupees....Twenty rupees."
